Review content:
Same thing as the other review. Their customer service is severely lacking. The are so nice to you before they get your money - which you have to pay in full up front! - then they are awful. If I hadn't already paid I would not continue with them. They have constantly changed their policies on me. The receptionist is so snooty and acts like she has a poker up her you know what. I went on the strength of the commercials they advertise on KLTY but it is nothing like that at all. I would soooooo not recommend them to anyone. It's all a big con! Yes the hair is removed but you don't see results until about the 4th or 5th session. By the way, watch out for the burn marks on your skin that take days to subside. Very painful!
