Review content:
We had three contractors quote to replace the roof on front half of a house. All contractors knew they were to replace 100% of the roofing on the front half of the house which included a one car attached garage with a bedroom over it. Bob's then completed only the main part of the house itself and tells us after the fact their contract did not include the attached garage / dormer area. We met with the princple Phil Landis at the home however he refused to finish the job without additional monies.
