I would not recommend this place at all! I brought my iphone in to repair a cracked screen on a Friday evening. After getting the phone back and taking it home, I realize that I can't use the left hand side of the screen. Next, I put the phone on the table and the screen completely pops off! I push the screen back onto the phone to keep it in place until I can take it back in to get it fixed, again. I'm not able to make it back in until Sunday due to me having to work all day on Saturday. At work, the phone is in my bag the entire day. When I take it out to get it fixed, the screen has popped off again and is now detached from some cable. Long story short, I take it in and they refuse to fix it, saying that I must have been throwing my phone around in order for the screen to pop off like that! (Maybe the glue you used wasn't that good?) They were totally unwilling to help in any way whatsoever, actually wanting me to pay full price again, after not fixing it correctly the first time! They actually said, "We'll be out $40 if we fix your phone again." What? This is how they treat paying customers? They basically stole $40 dollars from me and I still can't use my phone. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint. I will also make it my purpose to make sure The Cellphone Experience gets the worst possible feedback and horrible word of mouth to everyone I know. I hope it was worth the $40 for them... Pros: null Cons: null
