My daughter attends MTSU near this shop. Sunday she started having issues with her SUV on her way home from work. A local policeman stopped and told her it appeard that she had a transmission issue. SHe called me and I told her to go to Phil's based on a review I had read. I was seeing $$$$ rotating in my head but she needed her SUV so, oh well. A few hours after she had her truck towed to Phil he called to say that it was only a brake caliper that had broken loose and was giving bad symptoms. Bottom line, he had me over a barrel and could have charged me big money, but he did the right thing and handeled it. An honest mechanic is not easy to find. I would recommend Phil's to anyone.
