My son is a student at MTSU and began having transmission problems. I thought here we go. We'll never find someone reputable to do the repair. I googled "transmissions Murfreesboro" and Phil's came up. I noticed there were reviews, and it sounded great. I called and spoke to Phil. He answered all my questions and was able to get my son's car in immediately to access. After he had looked at it, he called back and gave me 3 options. He didn't push any of them. One would have been no money for him, one would be a $900 repair, and the last one would have been about $2000. We chose the $900 repair. He took the car Monday morning, and it was finished by lunch on Tuesday. He could have taken advantage of us, but didn't. Phil is easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He always returned my call. I'm not sure the name of the girl who answers the phone, but she is very professional. If you have transmission trouble Phil's is your place. He even said that if my son had any other problems come up with his car he would be glad to steer him in the right direction of where to take it. I am so thankful that there are still people who do what they say they will do. Thank you Phil!!!
