Businiess name:  Olive Garden

Review content:
What happened? This Olive Garden was pretty consistent with the others until recently. The last couple of times I've eaten there, the food is just lackluster. They're supposed to use the same fomula everywhere, but something has changed here. The pizza used to be great, now it is mediocre and dry. The portobella raviolis were also bland and lifeless now. Even the bread sticks lacked flavor! And those are the easiest things to make. Each time I see the "new" menu, the main thing they change are the prices! Why price pseudo- Italian food at gourmet prices? Another thing- they remodeled within the last year, replacing their old comfy padded chairs with hard wooden ones- just so you don't linger too long. "When you're here, you're family"- they must not like theirs very much....
