i HAVE HAD AN AWFUK EXPERIENCE WITH TRUGREEN. THERE WAS HORRIBLE COMMUNICATIN BETWEEN THE TECHNICIAN AND FILED MANAGER, WY LAWN WAS BURNED FROM OVER APPLICATION, NO INSTRUCTIONS LEFT TO WATER IN, DID NOT LOOK UNDER THE TURF FOR GRUBS (THERE WAS PLENTY!!) EVENTHOUGH HE KNEW I HAD THEM LAST YEAR, KEPT APPLYING CHINCH BUG CHEMICALS WHEN I ASKED FOR A GRUB TREATMENT......OVERALL MY YARD WENT FROM BAD TO WORSE. THEY BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR NOT WATERING THE GRASS!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN WATERING HEAVILY TWICE A WEEK....OBVIOUSLY THERE ONLY DEFENSE. THEY SAID "SORRY' FOR NOT CATCHING THE GRUBS BUT WOULD OT REPLACE THE DAMAGED AREAS. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR......PAY MORE AND GO WITH A MORE REPUTABLE CO
