Firstly, they NEVER pick up the phone. It does not matter when you call during business hours, no one answers. When you get there, no one greets you, you just sit and wait until someone comes over to you. There is no customer service to speak of. If you buy glasses here beware about fit. There is not fitting to be sure frames you select really fit your face. In my case when I first got the frames back, the ear pieces were both bowed out. I'd returned multiple times to have them properly fitted and now on one side where ear piece and frame are hinged it is so loose I am afraid it will just come apart altogether. They have no clue about eyewear and fit or making adjustments for better fit. After spending $250 on frames and lenses, I have glasses with a very loose hinge on one side and glasses that sit on a diagonal on my face. If you are going to spend this much money, better considering going to pros like Pearl Vision. Pros: null Cons: null
