I cannot recommend this company because of the problem we just had with them. We had a water filteration put into our house about 4 years ago. Early in May we had a lightening strike which took out all electrical products in the house. We tried calling them numerous times at different times on the day to try to get replacement parts. When we finally reached Paul we were told that we called too many times and on the week-end. That he can pick and choose who wants as a client, that he didn't make enough money when he had to service the unit, that we should look on the internet for parts and then he hung up on me. I was more then willing to buy the parts we needed but we were told that he no longer wants us as a customer. Really is that professional service? I would not use this company if for some reason you need customer service in the future because they DO NOT service there unit if they don't want you as a client-pick and choose.
