Hypnotherapy sessions with Lisa are one of the great pleasures in my life. I am welcomed into a peaceful, serene world where Lisa helps me to quiet my chattering mind and focus deeply on my best, most worthy possibilities. I have been able to let go of old fears and leftover emotional baggage that no longer have a place in my life. No discomfort or digging up and mulling over my most painful memories, simply a matter of relaxing enough to allow a lifetime of garbage to quietly find it?s way out. I really appreciate all of Lisa's kindness and attentiveness - she lets me know that this is 'my time to heal' as she devotes herself to helping me during the session in every way possible. Thank you Lisa!!!
