After having to cancel our order at the "other baby & kids store" because our Munire furniture never came (after 16 weeks we were still being told "it will be in on the next truck"), I placed a call to Guys & Dolls to ask about their delivery time frame. I was expecting to hear that we would have to wait 8+ weeks for delivery of the dresser and hutch we wanted for our son's room. Much to my surprise, I was asked to hold while they checked stock on the pieces we wanted. I was even more amazed that the dresser was in stock and could be delivered within the week. This was so great for us because we were awaiting the arrival of our second child and because of the delay at the other place we were down to the wire (as in days). I placed my order over the phone and the dresser was delivered 4 days later. Not only that, our sales associate checked with his manager and they have only charged us one delivery fee even though they will be making a second trip to our home when the hutch comes into the store. Though we never made it to the store, our sales associate was very compassionate about our situation and did everything possible to get our pieces to us and to help dissipate the stress caused by our experience with the other store. My faith in customer service is restored and I will forever be a loyal customer to Guys & Dolls!
