Review content:
I visited this location in June 2010. There were four visible staff members standing around the front desk socializing with each other and not making any attempts to help anyone who walked into the store. So I started trying to find a new sun glass frame on my own. After looking for 40 minutes I found four of them I liked and as no one had yet approached me to offer any advice or help I took them up to the front desk to ask for some assistance deciding which one to go with. I was then told that none of the frames that I had chosen would work with my Rx! I was furious! I left the whole pile there at the desk and made a quick exit! I then walked down the mall to their competitor where I was immediately greeted by a very helpful man that first asked me for my Rx and then proceeded to show me several sun glass frames and regular clear frames that would work with my Rx. I bought four pair from him!
