Review content:
I visited Azure in February of 2007 and received probably the best haircut I've ever gotten. I thought the peppermint oil scalp massage was very classy and was something very different from any other salon I've been to. The front desk was very accommodating while I was waiting for my appointment. I have a very important interview coming up and was looking for a good place to get a manicure and highlights. I saw Azure on citysearch while searching and saw some of the business' responses to negative feedback. To "LOL" and poke fun at negative reviews seems more like something SuperCuts would do rather than a salon of supposed caliber like Azure. There is a much classier way to deal with it than how you guys handled it, and I'd rather spend my money where the business is actually professional in responding to its customers' problems rather than "LOL"ing at them and saying they're just jealous.
