Review content:
My wife and I have gone there many times over the past several years. The waitstaff used to treat you as if you were special. No more. All of the waitstaff has changed, and most have terrible attitudes. Last month we were met by a woman that had no personality. We asked for a quiet table in the back and she kept trying to seat us someplace else. We stood fast and got our table but were treated with a subtle hostility by her the rest of the night. Tonight we called ahead to secure a back table that we could enjoy the company of friends that were meeting us there. We arrived early and my wife ordered a glass of wine. The "Bartender" broke off part of the bottle while opening it. My wife said that she didn't want to drink from that bottle but the bartender argued that no glass fell into the bottle. We had to tell her three times that we didn't want to be served from that bottle. She then opened another and poured a glass. I told the bartender that I wanted to buy the bottle that she just poured from so my wife wouldn't be served a later glass from the broken bottle. We were then charged for the glass that she poured, then $30.00 more for the $30.00 bottle of wine, and on top of that she charged me for two beers although I had only ordered one. When I brought the overcharge to her attention she was obviously angry. Shortly after our friends arrived and we sat at a table. From that point on we were largely ignored. Although we weren't in a hurry, it took nearly 3.5 hours before we got our check. We timed an order for drinks once, and it took just under a half and hour to have them brought to our table. So ... that is, of course, the last time we will ever go there. I caution anyone considering going to this restaurant to try and stay on the good side of this obviously unprofessional, and vindictive staff.
