I have to say, this poor guy works his butt off, really does too much for people, is just about TOO nice, and just doesn't take enough credit for all that he is, and sometimes doesn't GET enough credit either! First of all, my husband had me to call him at 9:15 at night after running across his website, http://rcsmastertroubleshooting.weebly.com. On his site he says they will often times help in emergency after hours situations, mainly stranded boats on the river, but other situations as well. Well, we already felt like crap for having to contact him so late. Soooo, he actually was very pleasant, very informative, and told us he would drive the near 32 miles to where we live to help us out since we had to go out of state early the next morning.
Long story short, because I could tell a really long one, he came to us, diagnosed our problem, rounded up some parts, even at that time of the night, pointed out another one and fixed IT for FREE, yawning a couple of times because he had already worked 12 or 13 hours, but never complained, and he said he would stay there til he got the job done. It wasn't even that the job was a huge paying job, even with the small after hours service charge, it was just that he was that concerned, and that proud of what he does, and he did not want to leave us stranded!
Everyone in this world gets a bad rap at times, and q uite often it isn't even a fair situation. I don't care if I ever read something negative about him, which I HAVE NOT, I wouldn't believe it anyhow, and I would just figure the person must not be in their right man, haha, because this man bent over backwards, frontwards, and then double-flipped backwards again to get out problem taken care of!! He even offered us discount, but instead, we gave HIM a tip!
