Review content:
I used Freeman's for years and found them mostly reliable although they did make mistakes from time to time. But tin 2010 I came in with my brake light on and after 4 different repairs (and bills) , the light was still on and I finally had to move on. I took it to another mechanic who solved the problem the first time and for good.
Freeman's service manager was none too apologetic for,what I eventually came to view as,
their incompetence. So much for customer loyalty.
