Review content:
A few years ago my family and I were driving up I- 75 outside of Tampa, FL and we were got in a car accident. We were all banged up pretty bad, with my wife taking the majority of injuries and it was her side that hit.
The insurance company pretended to care for a moment but then denied our claim. We had over a hundred thousand dollars in medical expenses between all of us.
We went to one of the attorneys we say on TV and it was the worst experience ever. During the initial meeting we were pressured to sign up and once we did we never spoke to 'our attorney' ever again!
A case manage called and offered us 10,000 dollars, the PIP limit. 10,000 dollars for all of us to split. The attorney would have gotten a quick 3 thousand and the rest would've went to medical bills. This would have left us in horrible debt. We might of had to file bankruptcy,
A teacher of my son's recommended Michael Meksraitis. We were pretty skeptical after our last experience but after we met Mr. Meksraitis we were sold.
His staff was warm and believe it or not, comforting! Michael had alot of experience and ran circles around that insurance company.
To make a long story short we settled 5 months later. When he called us and told us he had reached a settlement, we were very happy with the number, but this time really skeptical and jaded.
Our medical bills were through the roof and we knew he was taking almost half. However, even though we thought we weren't getting anything at least we wouldn't have to be filing bankruptcy.
Boy were we wrong.
First he got all of our medical bills drastically reduced. Then he reduced his fee by alot. We were able to pay off our house and pay for our sons college education.
Meeting Mr. Meksraitis and his office staff was the best thing to ever happen to my family and I. Definitely recommend!
