I was browsing on their site and had a pop-up came up with a special! FREE GIFT with a diamond ring purchase? What not to click on! I had a live conversation with one of the sales rep and Ashley was so sweet. I was not ready to buy until a month later, but with her, she gave me everything that I wanted for my girlfriends ring. She told me I can call whenever I'm ready, but I told her I wanted to go ahead and take the offer before the diamond I wanted is gone. I called their 800 number and got someone that can help me and pull up my conversation I had with Ashley. I placed my ordered and gave a big thank you to Ashley and before we hung up, Nicole reminded me of my Free Gift and I was so
