My experience was not a pleasant one. Like most people I ordered a plant for delivery based on the picture and description on the website. In my case it was a 'Money Tree' which is a nice little desk top tree with green leaves that is supposed to bring good luck (and wealth.) They sent a 'elkhorn Fern' which does not look anything like what i ordered – it looks like an elkhorn. When i called to ask what happened they said they didn’t have the money tree but my paperwork said i agreed to something similar if they were out... i guess they have some fine print on internet orders. Anyway, instead of offering to correct the situation they said they had the right - and this is a direct quote - "to send anything green." Wow. That’s a recipe to rip people off. That plus the snotty attitude sent me straight to write this review. Do yourself a favor and order from a real florist.
