Whenever my car goes to Pellegrino's I feel as if I am sending it off to a spa, it always comes back running great, and in my opinion feeling happier. Rose is always very kind and understanding, and I have no problem leaving my car with her. When my parents were choosing a car for me they picked a saab because they knew it would receive quality care with Nick and Rose. I would recommend them to anyone with a saab, although every saab I see in Ithaca already has there service sticker in the window!
