Just to clarify what really went on...Mr Snyder missed his appointment to have the snowtires mounted. Then he HAD to have them before Thanksgiving so he arranged to pick them up from us. He did not show up to do that either. He then made an appointment to drop the car. I did call him the night before to offer to do it while he waited at 7:30am. He said he would drop it off the night before instead, knowing we intended to do the work at 7:30am. When he arrived at 8:45am, Nic told him not to come to us anymore. Our worker prepared & moved the tires 6 times, including putting them in his trunk. We are an honest shop because we try to be maximally efficient, which lowers costs. We pay a living wage to our employees so it cost a lot to have him wasting motion at the whim of a customer, even one who has come to us for 6 (not 10)years.
