Read reviews for this groomer, & tthought I left my puppy in good hands. I wanted the works...cut down to 1", bath, nails cut, dematted. Cost was $60.00. As my puppy is a long hair puppy, and this was his 1st experiance with official grooming I wanted it to be a good experiance for him.He was there for 5 hours, and on first look, he had been cut down which was fine. But, when I got him home, I discovered his nails had not been cut, he was still matted in two legs (even with the cut down), and his neck was still matted. I called this morning to cancel an appointment I had made for him in March, & informed why I was canceling . The comment I got is "I see he was a difficult dog"!!!!!! I had told them when I dropped him off he was a bit diffucult, as I have been doing his grooming for the past year.
