Unfortunately, with too long an experience with this business, I have to be very honest. Joe, the owner is an absolute pathological liar. Two times I brought the car in for an oil change and two times I left with the air conditioning broken. Naive as I am, I paid them to fix the air condition then they said the water pump and radiator where leaking. Then after another oil change the air conditioning didn't work again and Joe said it was because the car was over heating and system shut down. I was shocked at such a stupid answer. When I called them on it they reconnected a wire and the air condition has been fine ever since. The car wasn't over heating at all. To this day the overflow tank is full and I haven't needed to add water. My daughter bought a car they recovered on a lean and Joe swore up and down the car was perfect with no issues. After buying the car we put another $3,000 into repairs to make it work. Before selling the car they put in new breaks but not new rotters which cause wear. They break as they fix. No doubt about it. These guys are subtle in the criminal activity they perpetrate but it's there for sure.
