I wished Tiffin House would of been opened 3 years ago. I became the caretaker for both of my parents. Both had forms of dementia. It was a trying time for them, and myself. I spent a lot of time visiting my folks in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and personal care homes. My loving parents passed within 8 months of each other. It was a sad time, but I decided to take my life experience and make a difference. I am blessed to be the Activity Director at Tiffin House. A person with Alzheimer's doesn't have to just sit and watch life go by, and we make sure that our Tiffin residents stay involved and included. Come by for a visit!
