Review content:
Beware of this vet hospital! We took our beloved kitty to the vet back in December because she was scratching at herself more than usual. They couldn't find anything wrong, but told us she needed a steroid shot to stop the itching, and for her nails to be trimmed. That seemed fine, so we went along with it ($200). They also told us she needed her teeth to be cleaned - not something most cat owners do, but she was 6 years old and I figured ok, maybe she does ($200). After examining her teeth, the vets realized - of course! - that she needed a tooth pulled, which required full anesthesia ($700). At this point, I'm feeling VERY skeptical, but I love my kitty and even though she was 6, she obviously has a very long life ahead of her and I certainly don't want her to be toothless. Even though we could not really afford it, we put MY root canal on hold - the irony! - and idiotically paid for the tooth surgery. Pros: Nice office Cons: You'll get ripped off
