Review content:
All the internet sites advertising showtimes and pricing for this theater indicated that a 3:30 showing on May 24th was a "matinee" and was priced accordingly. When I arrived to purchase a ticket, I was quoted full price. Both the ticket teller and the assistant manager insisted that I was wrong. Even after pulling up one of the websites on my Iphone and showing them the clearly indicated discount pricing for that showtime, they refused to accommodate me. The assistant manager even went so far as to say with obvious satisfaction "ruined your day!" When I told her it was not the money but the lack of corporate responsibility and customer service that I took issue with, she said "well don't come back". Well I won't and I hope anyone who reads this won't either. Go to a "real" theater or just watch movies at home where you don't have to put up with rude and ugly "non-service" personnel. Good riddance to any business that doesn't know how to treat its customers or stand behind its advertising.
