DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are way too many heating and cooling companies in Tucson that guarantee thier work. This company did some work on our furnace 8days ago and now it is not working again, and they will not come out again to even see what the problem is without charging us their service fee- which we already paid on their first visit, which also included labor costs. They will not even come out to see if their work is what is the problem without charging their 88.95 service fee. I have made a few calls and many other companies in Tucson guarantee their work, and if something goes wrong within 30days of the repair they guarentee their work and they come back out for free to inspect. This company wants to nickle and dime their customers and not stand behind their work, or support their customers. Use another company with ethical policies in place!
