Medi-Weightloss Clinics in Lake Mary was recommended to me by a friend at my church. I hadn't seen her in several months and I was amazed at how good she looked. I decided to become a patient but was extremely skeptical, because i have tried everything from grapefruits to magic shakes with no real results. During the first week of the program, I was certain that i would be disappointed because it was so easy, I wasn't hungry and that isn't what dieting is supposed to be. But when i went in for my first weigh-in, I was amazed to see I had lost 8.5 lbs. I was completely floored but I was still suspicious that it would be a 1-week fluke. Week 2 came and I had lost another 5.5lbs! 12 weeks and 46 lbs later, I am a believer! The staff in Lake Mary rocks, they have been with me the entire way and I love them for it! DO THIS DIET, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!
