I rented a truck from these people online. It was to be a 10 foot truck, but they gave me a 16 foot truck which was much too big for what I had.The truck was only half full of gas so she gave my son, who went to pick up the truck, a 25 dollar discount. We put 50 dollars of gas in it before we left and it still wasn't full. She told him it would take about 20 dollars to fill it up. This lady has lied to my son and to Budget when I reported them after I was charged $28.00 for not leaving the truck full of gas when I dropped it off. Watch out and make sure you get what you order and that the gas tank is full. I will never do business with these people again.
