I don't know what the one-star guy is talking about - we've used Quality Brothers several times and they go above and beyond to make sure things work right! We had a window break on our van and they fixed it for a whole lot less than other shops, we also had a radiator fan go out and, once again, quick turn-around and great work. And then they put in new spark plugs and wires and the van drove soo much better afterwards. Great guys - I highly recommend them.
