While the staff is very friendly, my experience with the braces themselves and workmanship has been dismal. We would have broken wires and bands that came off molars within hours of leaving the office (before any food was even consumed) In addition to the shoddy materials and workmanship getting another appointment without pulling our child out of class mid-day was next to impossible. Now that we are in a retainer we are having similar problems. bottom retainer broke upon removal within three weeks of receiving it. Just a simple removal for cleaning and it snapped in two. I called today to reschedule the appointment THEY scheduled on Labor Day (assuring us they would keep it at the time but then later cancelled) and yet again they can't see us until the 20th of this month unless we want to remove our child from school for the appointment.
