I have been living in this property for 1.5 years and more than 10 years in apartments. I never paid a penny penalty or never been served notice. I have noticed change of attitude in management since Katrina left on maternity leave. I am really hurt the way new management is behaving. Our car was parked away from apartment in front of garages. Some stupid guy posted ugly notes on our car in parking area when the car just touched the stripes. After a couple of weeks time we received a notice from new manager complaining about apartment being not maintained well (I leave my AC on at 74 when we are away from home). I have also heard from other residents overcharged when they vacated the property. Please keep one month of rent in your hand when you vacate the property. I agree to other reviews that apartment service is prompt, parking is ok. I cannot renew my lease again considering the management's treatment, I think they are targeting few residents. The manager should worry more about residents bothering their neighbours, people fighting in midnights in hallways and injuring each other, driving 40-50 mph in property. Good people can not be punished based on their background, but actions should be in professional and unbiased and uniform fashion.
