I went with Sarandis because they had a great bid price. I guess you get what you pay for with this one. I came home one day and found overspray on my roof, plants, brick, AC unit, and other places. They whined, gave me a sob story about loosing their jobs, and said that I should not judge until they were finished. After they were finished, I had to have my roof repaired, which they did, and with them yelling at me, I did a quick overview of my house. Needless to say, I should have taken more time, since I have since found more roof damage, dented gutters, deeply scratched patio, and other things that are just a pain in the butt. Overall, they are fine to work with if you do not ask any questions, pay them and do not question any work. The quality is terrible and I will never go with them again. Consider yourself warned.
