Businiess name:  Pitfire Pizza

Review content:
I was ecstatic that Pitfire was finally opening its doors to Westwood so that all the West LA people could finally try it! Everything at Pitfire seems like it came straight from the local farmer's market (which I believe it does.) My favorite of the Pizzas is the Margherita which has the perfect cheese tomato ratio (I also like to add roasted garlic.) The mushroom one isn't bad either. I wasn't a huge fan of the Veggie b/c each vegetable (squash, zucchini, eggplant, etc) is too large per a slice. Maybe if they were chopped up more and it had a little bit more flavor I would like it... The pastas are surprisingly good too (I say surprisingly b/c many pizza places tend to serve 2nd rate pasta, and it's not like it's that hard to cook al dente...) I really like the Bolognese and my friend is a fan of the seafood pasta. Finally, decent pizza with some organic ingredients! Pros: Crust, healthy ingredients Cons: lacks a little in flavor
