Wish I could give them no stars, but I have to give at least one. The customer service is terrible. They advertise windows made in a day, but only if it's their window and if you're willing to pay 30% more for it. In addition, it can't have tempered glass or specialty glass, be retrofit frame, have colored glass, be round at the top. So many exclusions, why even advertise windows made in a day. I can tell you why, because they want to reel you in only to have you leave feeling like you were cheated.
