So I needed a whole new house of windows and doors, probably 15 or so. First they told me my appointment would be from 8-10am, but closer to 8am. So at 8:40 I called and she said they were still on their way. Then I called at 9:45 and complained and the receptionist came back on the line after a few minutes and said the estimator was in San Francisco, and not even necessarily on his way yet. No call, no nothing.. I told her it was unacceptable and I would take my business elsewhere, and all she said was "Ok, bye" and hung up. Then we called back later to complain about the poor treatment and total lack of customer service and she tried to say I hung up on her! Looks like others have had similarly horrible experiences. Don't bother with East bay glass, try Sinans. I wish I could give 0 stars! What a waste of time!!
