Businiess name:  Barnaby's Des Plaines

Review content:
Perhaps my experiences at Barnaby's have been marred by the Des Plaines location like a previous reviewer here. Nevertheless, the service at the Niles location was marginally better. What bugged me the most was the lack of flexibility with their menu (no slices!). All of the items that I've tried (including their pizza) were very ordinary. The atmosphere is loud and that spells disaster when you order and are then told to listen for your number. (my number was passed over 2 of the 5 times I've tried this place!) Barnaby's one bright spot is that is seems to be a safe place for families with young children. One final suggestion, the 70s decor badly needs to be scrapped! Pros: child-friendly, 70s style pizza place Cons: dungeon-like decor, horrible service, mediorce food at best
