I called the office I had my 2010 returns done which was 4300 Sonoma Blvd.Vallejo Ca.ste 108 and told them I would like a second look since they prepared for me,the young lady on the phone bring them on down we will be happy to.When I got there for my 3:00 appt. I sat down and began to show my return a woman ,she told that she did,nt know anything about this and that even though HR Block prepared taxes I did,nt qualify for a second look and that she was sure that I could go some where`s else for that and company would be able to help me then asked me did I want to do my 2012 return or not.I TOLD HER ABOUT THE eMAIL I GOT AND MY PHONE CALL BEFORE SHE SAID I DI,NT SEND YOU THE eMAIL AND I DID,NT TALK TO YOU ON THE PHONE I have never had a worst experience.and still need a second look.
