We are long time customers of Redmond-Fall City Animal Hospital. I was just looking over your website, and wanted to send some of my thoughts. I first met Dr. Hartung around 11 years ago when I brought her our demented beagle (rest her soul). She has seen us through happy and sad times, with style and grace. I consider her a trusted and revered member of our family. Also, Dana has done some pet-sitting for us, and I know that I can call her anytime with questions/concerns about our pets, and I can trust her judgment and advice. I really appreciate that. We recently had our new addition, Vik the Icelandic Sheepdog, neutered by Dr. Hartung. He developed some post-op complications, and we were immediately invited in for evaluation. That gave me the opportunity to meet Dr. Maillet. I was very impressed with her ability to listen to my concerns, and how she expertly figured out the problem. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and I trusted her right away. I'm happy to report that Vik is feeling SO much better today. Me, too, as I was very worried about him. I see a lot of changes happening at Redmond-Fall City Animal Hospital, and they are wonderful. I look forward to many years of bringing you our beloved pets.
