We live in Land O Lakes and the power goes out around 6 or more times a month. It just went out for the second time this week. I am told when I call that it could be squirrels or work on the system. We live in a community with below ground lines. They always have an excuse. I had to spent hundreds of dollars on batteries for my UPSs and Alarm System over the past two years. I even had one blow up. I am with the other reviewer. I wish WREC would be bought out by a larger company. I feel like I live in sticks. Other excuses have been a pole broke or they are doing construction down on hwy 41 and at 2 am in the morning. If you are planning on buying a house, make sure you check out the utility suppliers and know what you are getting into. WOW. The unprofessional customer service supervisor was tapping her pen on her desk as we spoke. She was quite proud of it. Obviously, WREC cares.
