Review content:
My Schnauzer, Quincy has been a patient of this clinic for 13 years. Over that time he had to endure many costly and uncomfortable test and treatments, but the Doctors could never seem to find what was wrong or cure what was ailing my dog. From chronic ear infections, severe allergies, and most recently Camcer. All diognosis missed by Rose Hill and the staff. Every one. I had to challenge their findings each and everytime and get a second opinion which not only contriticted what Rose Hill was trying to tell me, but they were right every time. About 10 months ago. Quincy was not acting like himself. His ballance was off and would have a hard time just walking. Dr. Frieberg told he he would take some more test at over $180 and it would take 2 weeks to get the results. Again I went out for a second opinion. This time I also had my dogs medical records. After reviewing the records the other vet found my dog had a Thyroid issues and Immune system problem, which could be Cancer. I was in shock. How could this had been missed by Rose Hill? I allowed the vet to take another test to compare to the one I was still waiting for from Rose Hill. This was on a Friday. I was amazed the next day I received a call from the other vet with test results. One day. Not 2 weeks. The result of which was not good news. Quincy had Lymphomic Cancer and was 80% advanced making it untreatable. Once I did get the test results back from Rose Hill, again, they found nothing. I informed them that I wanted my permanent records transferd to my new vet. Aerowood Animal Hospital of Bellevue. Quincy was treated with great care and love there. They genuinely care for animals there at Aerowood. Quincy lost his battle with Cancer 2 days ago, I feel deep in my heart had I found Aerowood sooner, he would still be alive today. Do you and your pets a favor and run from Rose Hill as fast as you can. The life you save could be your dogs.
