I was very organized with the setup of getting shirts because i wanted to make sure that they were done correctly and on time. However, even though i was organized and ordered them four weeks in advance they still weren't done on time. They never contacted me I was always the one calling to check up on them, but they had no problem cashing my check right away. I called three days before the shirts were supposed to be done and they said .. what shirts? and the ones i ordered were out of stock so they picked other similar shirts which turned out to be not so similar. The screen print that was done on the shirts was horrible, peeling off already and I just picked them up today.. i ordered them for my sorority and was so embarressed giving the girls these shirts, even though i specifically layed out exactly what i wanted the shirt to look like. After having somebody else call and complain they decided to give me my second check back.. but this whole process was so stressful and i didn't even get good shirts out of it. If you want really bad customer service and some crappy looking shirts.. this is the place to go!
