I am done with Extreme pizza on this location. A few weeks ago ( Nov.20) my family and I went to this place and cannot believed that they made us wait for 45 mins. There were only two people waiting in that restaurant and I cannot believed that this girl in the counter did not even ask if we have been help already. I had to come up to her to whatever happen to our order and she thought that it was for a pickup. We were so upset that we had to call the manager ( Felicia Green ) and she too was incompetent on her job. I cannot believed that the workers are just talking and talking and not really paying attention to the customers inside the restaurant. I don't really understand on why they did not even pay attention to us inside the restaurant when we had two kids playing and did not even see us if our orders has been taken care of. From then on, we make sure that we don't even eat at this pizza place and will be writing a letter of complaint to the owner (who happens to be a neighbor @ Armstrong Court) and to the Better Business Burea. We will also inform our families and friends to boycott this place so that they will not get the same experience as we did.... "DO NOT EAT AT EXTREME PIZZA IN HERCULES, CA."
