My husband and I usually took our business to the other Big O in Placerville, on Placerville Drive - for many years--The man Ray, that we usually dealt with was not going to be there for about a year. He is serving our country in Iraq. We went to buy some more tires there and two of the men acted as though we were interupting them and it took a long, long time for them to even check on tires for our pick up - -that we had purchased tires there before. After a long, long wait, my husband said that we were just not interested and the price quote wads ridiculous. We left..... After a week or so, we dicided to call down at the Big O Tires in Cameron Park. The man that I spoke to was Geoff. He was so cheerful on the phone and said, Come On Down!!! So we did!!! What a difference ----We walked in, greeted with a smile from Geoff and within about 15 minutes, we were out the door - - I mean, what service, and a great price to!!! Everyone there was great. We told him that we would be back again, because we have 3 vehicles and we will never go back to the other Big O --- Thank you Geoff - - You truly know what customer service is all about!!!!
