Since I am Woman I expect my husband to take care of my car and when he doesn't I'm going to whether he likes it or not. So I made a trip to Big O Tires to get my tires rotated and I was Shocked to find my Rear tires were bald! The Helpful employee escorted me out to my car and showed me the damage on my tires. I was so happy to see that they did their job in looking at my car and treated with respect and kindness. Once I was back inside the sales person (I can't remember his Name) said that they had several options in stock for my 18" wheels and he even showed me a competitor's web site to prove to me that was making every effort in guaranteeing me a low price on the tire I needed. The best part was they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need really need. Got my tires and got out! Simple as Pie. Thanks Big O Tires! I'll be back soon just not too soon!
