After moving into our new home this company was fast to take our homeowners assicoation dues for the next 5 months. They won't just charge you the quarter at closing but the rest of the year!! We were okay with this and closed on the home. We were told about the ammenities that came with our home in Lochaven. We didn't know that we were not entitled to them unless we call and make a trip to their office. They keeps these items(pool passes and fitness room keys) until you remember to call even though you paid 5 months ago. Not only that they will only give you what you ask for and not what you are entitled to! I have spoken to neighbors who were not given keys or pool passes because they didn't know that they had to specifically ask for both. I guess I will do more research and find out what else this horrible company is keeping from me. They are demanding their money for the next quarter and we haven't had one ounce of enjoyment with being a homeowner in this community. Be carefeul if you look for a home with this association as the hoa. They are horrible and rude people who will make you work for what is entitled to you!
