Review content:
This store should give my parents stars, instead of me giving to them. I wish I could give ZERO stars, but this site requires at least one. These people are terrible. My parents took in a laptop to be serviced, and they did a crappy job, then blamed my parents for it not working. They were rude and short tempered, and after returning to the store a second time to see about a continuing issue, one of the workers refused o give them a refund and called my Mother a SMARTASS. She told him not to cuss at her, he said wasnt. She said she was going to report him to the BBB, and make write reviews on FB and Twitter. He told her to get out, then pointed at the cameras, said he was recording her "threats", then picked up the phone and "called" the police to have her removed. My Mom never cursed, yelled, or raised her voice. She wasnt delivered a promised product and simply wanted her money back. What she got was rude and horrible experience!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR ANY REASON!!
