I recently visited family living in the park, and when I took a cousin down to the park I was verbally assaulted by group of profane minors (one as young as four years old cursing like a sailor). When I told my cousin we were leaving these children preceded to throw rocks at us and any cars parked in the road. Clearly there are a lot of trashy people living in this place if they raise their children like this, and it makes me think being a bit more restrictive on this list would be a positive to save on the image of this neighborhood. I told my relations that day I will never be coming back until the move in to a place that takes care of its image a little better.
