Review content:
We are very happy we decided to trust Marina to handle the details of our honeymoon trip. We normally research and purchase our rentals and airline tickets ourselves online, but for a special two-week trip we decided that we wanted a little help to get it right. We also wanted some support in case there were any surprises during our trip. We still did a lot of research so we knew what we wanted for the vacation (this probably made her job easier), but she executed her end flawlessly. She followed up, she was very useful and prompt, and she reduced the stress of our vacation planning process. When the airline said my wife and I couldn't sit together on one leg of the trip, Marina talked to them and worked it out. She gives full email summaries of anything you discuss. When we needed her help during the vacation, she came through for us, so she even helped reduce stress during the trip. We highly recommend her as a talented agent who's very easy to work with.
