We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. Be careful when you rent a car here and make sure to inspect it closely. When I picked up my rental, the car had a white salty sheen on it, so it was impossible to notice any scratches. When I returned it they made me wait until it was washed and inspected it and then proceeded to tell me I brought the car back scratched. Not knowing when this happened (before or after my using it), I was forced to sign an accident report and when I received the invoice in the mail, the administrative fees were almost more then the damage itself. I called the Reading, MA branch that I rented from and I spoke to the "manager" Jeff to explain how ridiculous these charges were for a scratch, he arrogantly responded that I simply should have chose the insurance option. Never again!
